Return & Exchange Policy

At HYER Boots, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Please take a moment to read our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. If you purchased your boots through one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for any return or exchange inquiries, as these will be subject to the retailer’s specific return and exchange policies.

Returns

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for unworn and unused boots purchased directly from HYER within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The bottoms of both the sole and heel must be un-scuffed, clean, and free of wear marks. If you're unsure about fit, we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damaging the sole.

  • Original tags, packing slip, and original packaging are required for a return to be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • If a return does not meet these standards, it may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return by entering your order number and zip code on our Returns & Exchange page.

  2. You will receive a packing slip, return label, and instructions on how to package and return the items to our warehouse.

  3. Once received, our team will perform a quality control check to ensure the items meet our return eligibility.

  4. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

  5. If your boots do not meet quality control standards, they will not qualify for a return or exchange. In such cases, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you choose to have the boots sent back to you.

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted for unworn and unused boots purchased directly from HYER within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The exchanged boots must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • To be eligible, the bottoms of both the sole and heel must be un-scuffed, clean, and free of wear marks.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate an exchange by entering your order number and zip code on our Returns & Exchange page.

  2. You will receive instructions on how to package and return the boots.

  3. Your new pair will be shipped once we receive your return and it passes the quality control check.

Inventory Availability for Exchanges

Inventory is not guaranteed for exchange requests and may sell out before your exchange is processed. If your requested pair is no longer available, we will reach out to you and happily process your exchange as a return, refunding your original payment method.

Quality Control Check

  • Once received, our team will conduct a quality control check to ensure the items meet our exchange eligibility.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for this process.

New Pair Shipment

  • Once the quality check is complete, we will ship your new pair to the address provided during the exchange process.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location.

 


 

Last Call Terms

Items purchased as 'LAST CALL' are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit without exception, and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions, including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Last Call purchases.
